B2B & SaaS Projects

Website, emails, + marketing strategy for a B2B certification program.

This B2B certification service and analytics software struggled to communicate their USP and stand out among their competitors. They also came to me without a clear customer journey or funnel strategy.

After extensive competitor and audience research, we were able to hone in on key differentiators and create a clearer messaging strategy. I built multiple customer journeys, targeting both problem-aware and solution-aware segments. I also created a funnel strategy to bring in more qualified leads and nurture them from first opt-in.

I wrote 4 automated email sequences, 2 landing pages, and new copy for the main website. I also created a re-engagement campaign to their existing email list that resulted in 47 booked calls.

Website + sales page rebrand for Meta Advertising Agency

This agency wanted to take their website from “generic agency” to a more feminine, soft feel that appeals to their target audience (spiritual service providers), while still showcasing their results.

After deep competitor and voice-of-customer research (sales call transcripts, testimonials, and surveys), I refined brand voice and messaging strategy.

I honed in on values and results to create a more unique brand feel that resonates with spiritual coaches and course creators who are tired of traditional ad agencies.

Website & messaging guide for a B2B SaaS brand.

This invoice software brand was struggling to communicate their extensive list of features in a way that felt beneficial instead of overwhelming.

I mined reviews of similar solutions and social media conversations from the target audience to find out what really mattered to them. I refined the messaging strategy to focus on the benefits that were most salient, instead of confusing the audience with too many.

The new website saw a 12% increase in free trials and a 34% increase in paid subscriptions.
